Wouldn't it be magic to have someone in your buddy list that knows all the contacts of your organisation, that you can contact 24 hours a day to ask him a phone number or an email ?
We have developed and offer an "intelligent agent" (bot) that you can add to your buddy list on jabber/gtalk, so it can answers all your questions.
